• The old repo GetHammerpath/Project-Agent still owns the active GitHub environments Production and Preview.
• The old repo has the deployment history currently associated with production and preview.
• A historical local Vercel link also exists in /Users/mr.frierson/Project-Agent/.vercel/project.json with project name project-agent.
• This repo does not yet have its own GitHub Actions secrets or environment wiring.

Required cutover before this repo is fully independent

1. Confirm the linked Vercel project is connected to GetHammerpath/arxsec-site, not only to this local checkout.
2. Recreate any needed environment variables in the new Vercel project.
3. Move any GitHub deployment environments or protections needed for this repo.
4. Disable or remove site deployment ownership from GetHammerpath/Project-Agent.
