Governance Overview

Public explanation of ARX policy gates, approvals, records, and lifecycle controls.

ARX governance is built around the idea that every digital worker action should be attributable, scoped, reviewable, and auditable.

Governance Pillars

ARX public docs describe five pillars:

  • Onboarding
  • Supervision
  • Evaluation
  • Records
  • Termination

Policy Outcomes

When a digital worker asks to act, governance can return:

  • Allow
  • Deny
  • Require approval
  • Request more context
  • Route to a safer workflow

Evidence

Governed actions should preserve evidence:

  • Actor
  • Tenant
  • Target system
  • Requested permission
  • Policy version
  • Approval or denial decision
  • Correlation ID
  • Result

Public Boundary

This site explains governance concepts. Detailed internal policy implementation, private runbooks, and generated inventories stay in the app repo.
