Split Repo Cutover

This repo is no longer intended to be the long-term deployment source for the ARX public site or product application.

New canonical repos:

• Site: GetHammerpath/arxsec-site
• App: GetHammerpath/arxsec-app

Before disabling deploys here

1. Confirm GetHammerpath/arxsec-site owns the Vercel project for arxsec.io and docs.arxsec.io.
2. Confirm GetHammerpath/arxsec-app can deploy app.arxsec.io and api.arxsec.io successfully from its own workflows.
3. Confirm all required GitHub Actions secrets exist in the new repos.
4. Confirm production deploys have been triggered successfully from the new repos.

After validation

1. Remove or disable deployment secrets from GetHammerpath/Project-Agent.
2. Disable production deployment workflows in this repo.
3. Keep this repo only as historical source material or archive it.

Notes

• Do not disable deploys from this repo until the new repos are verified live.
• The deployment audit files in the new repos are the current source of truth:
• arxsec-site/DEPLOYMENT_INVENTORY.md
• arxsec-app/DEPLOYMENT_INVENTORY.md
