Why publish pricing when every other AI governance platform uses custom pricing only?

We think enterprise security buyers deserve to know whether a tool fits their budget before spending 30 minutes on a discovery call. Every comparable platform — Credo AI, Holistic AI, IBM watsonx — hides pricing. We do not. If ARX is not right for you at these prices, we would rather you know that now.

What counts as a “deployed agent”?

Any Docker container, Python script, or framework-based agent (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen) that has been registered with ARX and run at least once. Agents in a paused or stopped state count toward your limit. Permanently deleted agents do not.

Why no free tier? Other tools have one.

Because ARX is infrastructure, not a developer tool. A security platform that governs production agents touching CrowdStrike, Splunk, and Okta needs to be treated as infrastructure — not as a freemium SaaS app with a forever-free tier. The 14-day free trial gives you full access to evaluate everything. After that, a paid commitment signals this is production infrastructure.

How is ARX different from Microsoft’s free Agent Governance Toolkit?

Microsoft's toolkit is open-source and addresses general-purpose agent governance at the framework level. It does not include: pre-built security tool connectors, SOC 2-certified hosting, a compliance package generator, a CISO registry dashboard, or human approval gates. Building those capabilities on top of the Microsoft toolkit requires 12–18 months of engineering investment. ARX delivers them in 10 minutes.

Does ARX require annual commitment?

Yes, after the 14-day free trial. Annual commitment is required for Team and Business plans. We offer a monthly billing option at 25% above annual pricing for organizations that cannot commit annually. Enterprise pricing is always annual minimum, typically 2–3 year contracts.

How does the compliance package generator work?

After your agent has run at least once, click Generate in the ARX console. The platform analyzes your agent's complete runtime execution graph and produces a vendor security questionnaire response (CAIQ v4 pre-filled), data flow diagram, sub-processor list, and SOC 2 control mapping — compiled into one PDF. Takes minutes.

What secrets vault providers are supported?

All major providers: HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault, GCP Secret Manager, CyberArk Conjur, Akeyless, Infisical, and Doppler. You bring your existing vault. ARX injects credentials at runtime. Your agent never handles credentials directly.

Is ARX available on AWS Marketplace or Azure Marketplace?

AWS Marketplace listing is on our Q3 2026 roadmap, which will allow purchase through committed AWS spend. Azure Marketplace follows in Q4 2026. Contact us if a Marketplace purchase is a requirement for your procurement process — we can often accommodate early.
